There are managers that hire new representatives out of college like you without one shred of sales experience. In fact, managers like candidates like you because you have not been corrupted by another selling model or some other company's way of selling or doing business. Managers want someone who is coachable, driven and wants to succeed. My book breaks down different scenarios of where you may be in the pecking order and tells you what to do in order to get your foot in the door.

People with no sales experience have been able to get pharmaceutical sales jobs but these are folks that have exceptional communication skills. Of course, those with some sales experience may have an edge but it is possible to compete against them. In my book, I made sure that I have strategies and resume examples for candidates with and without sales experience.

Where are easy sales Job and what are the company package. Sale job are as you know little more tough than Office therefore its package may also be strong

I started 3 years ago selling medical consumables to Chiros and Vein Doctors. I found my lines on gotsales.com I tried some other ones as-well and there is many offers for commission only sales jobs. The hardest thing is to find the right quality products, durable in terms of sales life cycle. I don't necessary think someone needs to work in a company why not control your own destiny. Its like owning a small distribution company. Its actually great.

It is more important to prove yourself in selling environments rather than hook up with 'easy' selling jobs.
