have been in pharma for four years. I recently interviewed with Alcon and I want the job more than anything!!!! The manager brought me back for a second interview and is going to send me in the the field with a rep soon. He told me he likes me a lot, sees my passion and thinks I would be great. His one concern is that I have always sold in Pods. In my Alcon territory I would be the sole rep. He said his one concern about me is that I do not have documented SOLO success. He said I am the only one of the the three he has moved to the final interview process without SOLO sales records. How do I convince him?!!! I love the idea of being responsible for my own destiny! I think the extra challenge would propel me to be even more successful!! HELP!!!!
