Since I have no sales experience they said I should have copies of my last three performance reviews, awards, achievements, certificates, examples of leadership, special projects, letters of commendation. Is a brag book essential? I got my first job without one. I would have very little to put in one, since my last job did not give me any sales numbers, and I would not want to put in my bonus report because I maxxed out on one product, but did not make bonus at all in the other product (formulary issues). Since I was a contract rep, I wasn't eligible for sales awards, even though my pod-mate was president's club. (her numbers were my #'s)
As for previous jobs, they were mostly very negative places to work, only things documented in writing were the things you did wrong, if something went well, they might give you a piece of candy (I'm not kidding!!)
I have always memorized my company data, when they ask what I know about the company, I start rattling it off what I know-
