Well tomorrow is my first f2f and I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I am preparing a 'Reasons To Hire' section and am tailoring it to the job description's 'Demonstrated Competencies' list. One of the key competencies is 'Motivational Fit'. Any clue what they are getting at with this one?
Usually, when pharma companies talk about motivation, they are trying to assess what motivates you. Sales people must be self motivated individuals since there will be nobody to look over your shoulder each day and you must demonstrate that you can indeed get up each morning and get out there to make your calls.
