Because they are better at something than the enemy in question. Take Warren Buffett for instance. By all accounts, he’s an incredible guy. He’s modest, he’s kind, he’s humble. He does one thing really, really well. Invest.

But I’m sure he has enemies if for no other reason than he’s successful. I said all that to say this – “talk about the enemies you have based on your performance.”

A laundry list of good things your boss could say about you shouldn’t be hard to write. You want to supply these “three positive things” with attributes that match what the company is looking for in a pharmaceutical sales representative (based on your research & networking). You should also be prepared to provide situations in which you exemplified these attributes as well.

A common follow up question might be, “What example might your boss provide regarding your ______________________?”

And third, she praises my consistent positive attitude and comments about the positive impact it has on the rest of my team members on a daily basis.
