What Can You Do for Us That Other Candidates Can’t?

This is an open invitation to toot your own horn. Take the high points of your elevator speech and develop it into a full fledged promotion of yourself and your strong points. Spend a majority of time talking about past results and how your skills and interests match those of the company and make you valuable. Give examples of your ability to, and experience at, working with teams to acheive the goals of your organization.

You should spend time polishing this answer throughout your entire networking and job search process.

If you don’t get this question during an interview, you can use the answer anyway. It makes for a wonderful close!

If you find this site helpful, please send a link to your career services department so your fellow alumni know about PharmBoard too! I've already written the message for you. :)
